  1. Can I Pick up an order in person?
    Sure. Just call or email us what you would like to order and we'll take your order over the phone. Or you can place the order over the internet, and just let us know that you will be picking up the order, and we'll make sure to refund all shipping costs. Our ONLY location is 1557 broadway in New York.

  2. Do you accept checks/money orders/traveler checks?
    Yes we do. Just send the personal check or money order to: Grandslamnewyork.com 1557 Broadway New York NY 10036 Please include a list of the products you want and don't forget to indicate size. Orders are shipped as soon as the funds go through. (same day for money orders/cash. 2-3 days for personal checks.)

  3. How long does it take for orders to ship?
    Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 4pm Eastern Time. Orders placed after 4pm usually ship the next day. If an item is out of stock, then the order will not ship until the item comes in. Out of stock items usually come in within five days. If an item you ordered will not be coming in shortly than we will contact you as soon as we know. Orders placed "overnight" or "2-day" will always ship the same day if placed before 5pm. If an item is out of stock than the customer will be notified immediately so be sure to put a phone number you can be reached at in the contact information.

  4. How long does it take for packages to arrive once shipped?
    Once shipped, -Standard ground packages, and Flat Rate packages take between 2 and 8 business days to arrive. Most will arrive in 3 days. -2nd Day Air packages arrive in 2 business days -Overnight priority packages arrive the next business day. -Saturday delivery, or priority (8:30 A.M.) delivery are available upon request, please call us at 888-395-0515.

  5. What carrier does Grandslamnewyork.com use to ship packages?
    Packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Therefore we can ship to PO Boxes if necessary. The carrier used to ship each package is chosen based on getting each package to you as fast as possible. However a package is sent, you will always get an email with the tracking number once the package is shipped.

  6. What could delay my order?
    Orders may be delayed for the following reasons: 1. An item you ordered was out of stock. It usually will come in within 5 days and the order will be shipped out then. If it will take longer than that, than you will be notified right away. 2. The billing address you entered didn't match the billing address on your credit card. In this case, your credit card was declined and we never received your order. if you are having trouble please call us at 888-395-0515.

  7. Do you charge SALES TAX?
    We only charge sales tax for items shipped to new York. Non-clothing items (souvenirs, sporting goods) are taxed 8.875%, and clothing that cost $110+ per item is taxed 8.875%. If the item is shipping outside New York, there is NO tax.

  8. I placed an order but got NO CONFIRMATION what do i do?
    If you never got to the confirmation screen then its possible that the c/c billing address didn't match the address you entered. You can try changing the address. If you got the confirmation screen but didn't receive an email confirming your order it could be one of a few things. Maybe the email address was not entered correctly or maybe the server timed out. The best thing to do is to contact us and find out if the order went through.

  9. I got a duplicate of an order i placed, will i be charged twice?
    No. We automatically delete duplicate orders and you'll get an email confirming that it was deleted. If you have any questions feel free to call.

  10. Can I ship to a PO Box?
    If you need to ship to a po box, just put it as your shipping address. Your order will go by the USPS (parcel post or priority mail), and may take a bit longer.

  11. I'm having trouble placing my order, what should i do?
    Give us a call at 888-395-0515 and we'll be glad to place your order over the phone. You can call between the hours of 10am- 6pm ET Monday - Thursday, and Friday from 10am-4pm ET.

  13. I forgot my password, should i panic?
    Don't panic, just click "forgotten password? Click here" under the Login button on the sign in screen. It will guide you through the process of getting a new password.

  14. How do i remove an item from my cart?
    To completely remove in item from your shopping cart, simply click the blue x button (on the left side of that item). To change the quantity of an item, change the number to however many you want, or use the + and - buttions near the quantity. If you're still having trouble, give us a call.

  15. I'm Looking for an item i saw in your store, but i don't see it online. Is there any way to order it?
    Yes. Just give us a call at 888-395-0515 to make sure we have it in stock and we'll be happy to ship it to you.

  16. What is your return policy?
    Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for the price of the goods alone. The 30 days will be extended for the holiday season until January 15th. Please email us at info@grandslamnewyork.com or call our toll-free number for a Return Authorization Number. Orders returned without an authorization number will be charged $1.95 restocking fee per item returned. All returns must have original receipts and tags.   17. What if there is a problem with my order once i receive it? (i.e. Wrong size, wrong item etc..)

  18. I received a DAMAGED item, what do i do?

  20. Do you ship internationally?

  21. My Credit Card keeps declining, but i know there is nothing wrong with it.
    It is probably because the billing address you entered doesn't match the billing address on your card. If your shipping the package somewhere other than your billing address, make sure to put in the shipping address first, than untick the box that says " My billing and Shipping Address are the same". This will allow you to put in the billing address associated with your Credit Card. There are instances when a charge does not go through for the above reason, but the charge still shows on your credit card. If an order does not fully come through (You will get an order confirmation with an order number ), than the charge will automatically be refunded to you, and you will only be charged once.   22. What payment options do you offer?

  23. Does my credit card get charged right away?
    Yes, in order to streamline order processing,  Credit cards are charged when an order is placed. If for any reason an order needs to be changed, charges can be adjusted to match those changes. Orders that need to be canceled are refunded in full immediately when canceled

  24. I am ordering MANY ITEMS, are there any BULK ORDER SHIPPING DISCOUNTS?
    Yes of course. Just email us at info@grandslamnewyork.com or call us at 866-398-6388 (direct line, no automated machines), and we will discuss a discount for you. You will then be given a personalized coupon code so that you can checkout with the shopping cart you already filled.
