Customized MLB Orders includes all personalized items and many player items that are produced on demand. Orders placed for personalized items cannot be canceled once they have gone in to production. In the event of a cancellation request, we will do our best to stop an item from going in to production, but there is no guarantee it will be stopped in time. Some of these items are produced on premises here in NY, in which case the items ship the same or next day. However, many items deemed customized are not shipped or processed through our facilities. They are processed by the manufacturer within approximately 5-7 Business Days, (as noted on product pages and in shopping cart) and then shipped from Pennsylvania using UPS Ground Shipping or USPS Priority Mail in some cases. There is no way to expedite the creation of these items, and no order statuses are updated until the day after the item has shipped. Faster Shipping methods are available upon request. Custom items are not returnable or exchangeable. Turnaround time is not a guarantee, so in the rare case an order is delayed, it can still not be returned.
- All orders received before 4pm eastern time, Monday through Thursday, and Friday before 3PM will be processed that day.
- Any orders after 4pm will be processed the next business day.
- Any order placed on the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- All domestically shipped orders will have a tracking number that we will send to you.
- Customers will be notified of the status of their order throughout shipping processes.
- Orders may be delayed for the following reasons
-Item is on Backorder or out of stock
-There may be a problem with credit card processing and/or shipping address.
- If an order is delayed the customer will be notified.
- Ground orders and Flat Rate orders are shipped using either UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. Orders shipped to PO Boxes may be shipped using First Class Mail or parcel post.
- Express orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged goods received must be reported within 5 days of delivery of the package. We are not liable for any damaged products reported after that time. Please email us at email@example.com
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to initiate a return, you may contact us by email at info@GrandSlamNewYork.com within 30 days of purchase at which time you will receive return instructions. The subject line of your email should include your order number or the name of the individual who purchased the item(s) to be returned.
- Refunds will be credited to the card used at checkout for the original purchase price excluding our shipping costs.
- Any items ordered that were discounted (on sale) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Items ordered with Free Shipping can only be returned for the amount minus any shipping costs incurred on our side.
- We must receive the item(s) that you wish to return within 45 days of purchase. Orders received after that time period are only eligible for store credit.
- Items eligible for return must be in their original unwashed, unworn condition, along with tags. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items that do not meet this standard.
- All return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, or we made a mistake with your shipment.
- We will not take responsibility for items returned to us that are lost, sent to the wrong address, or sent using a mail carrier that does not enable you to track the shipment.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We do not refund any form of paid shipping. We refund the product cost only.
- Custom bulk orders, which are made to order are subject to restocking fees.

Items may be exchanged as long as the item you are exchanging is still for sale in our store. You can find this out by emailing us or calling us. The customer is responsible to get the item back to us, as in a return (above), however if the item is being exchanged we will send the replacement item at no charge to the customer. This will include standard ground shipping only.
All Returns/Exchanges must have original receipts and tags, and must be in unused and sellable condition. Any return will be voided if this standard is not met.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Orders are shipped from Times Square, NYC and will get to you faster, the closer you are to the North East.
